Put licences where they’re needed.

Your admin assigns licences to members’ email-linked accounts. Assignments remain until the admin changes them.

Change access, keep the record.

When a licence is revoked, the member can sign into the app but sees no projects. Membership and historical work remain intact. The licence becomes available for another member.

Do I have to buy a pack?

No. Buy the exact number of individual licences you need at R449 each per month, or choose a discounted 5-, 10- or 25-pack.

Are licences automatically shared between people?

Your organisation’s admin controls assignments. Each licence is assigned to a named member until the admin revokes or reassigns it. Every person uses their own account.

What is included in the free tier?

The free tier has no AI assistance, limited sheets and limited reports. Exact allowances will be confirmed before it is offered.

Do contractors need a paid licence?
